Employer Matching: Increase your gift to One Community LG!
OCLG counts employer matches towards your individual Giving Level. Many companies offer to match an employee's donation to a charitable organization, potentially doubling their gift. Even better, both parents can apply, which means your family's donation to OCLG could potentially make 3 times the impact! Keep in mind that gifts of $5,200 and above qualify for the Leadership Circle and offer additional benefits.
There are two ways to request a matching donation from your employer:
- Log into your employer’s donation matching portal, like Benevity, which is used by Apple and many other companies. Once you’re logged in, search for “One Community LG,” or "Los Gatos Education Foundation" then follow the steps to finalize your donation and apply for a corporate match at the same time. Please be sure to add a note with your child(ren)’s grade(s) and name(s), so that we can correctly document your donation. Please notify us after donating this way using this form because it can take about 2 months for OCLG to receive these donations.
2. Donate to OCLG, then request your employer to match it!
For questions about your employer’s Corporate Matching program, contact your human resources department (HR) or community giving department. Much of the pertinent information may also be available on your company's intranet.
