What is One Community LG?
One Community LG (LGEF and our H&SCs - Blossom Hill, Daves Avenue, Van Meter, Lexington and Fisher) is a parent-led fundraising effort that transforms a basic public-school education into an enriching educational experience for every child, on every campus, through a single annual donation.

Why do we need One Community LG?
Proposition 13- 1978: To regulate uncontrolled rising property taxes, in 1978 CA voters
approved Proposition 13. As a result, property tax payments plummeted 60% in a year, cutting $7 billion from city and school district budgets.
Education foundations like LGEF began popping up around the state to fill the gap.
